The weekend
It was a good but quick weekend!! Sierrah came up on Friday with her friend Rosie for 2 nights! We had a marvelous time of hiking with the dogs, making homemade personal pizzas, AND baking chocolate chip cookies!!!! Today (Sunday) Sierrah asked me for a haircut!! It is only the second one I have given her as she usually gets her mom to do it. She has decided she wants layers in her hair now which her mom can't do. She loved it!!!! We dropped the kids off at home around 2:30 and went for a visit to Willie's house. It was a very nice visit with him. He seems to be doing very well and looks good! He had a couple of friends drop by for a glass of scotch at around 5 and we left at 6ish. All and all a fabulous weekend!!!!!

ReplyDeleteWe are doing great. The Honda is in for a 4,500 peso ($350) paint job and will be ready in 9 more days. It will be tough getting by without her as there is nothing within walking distance from here but there is good, cheap cab service available. We shall survive!
